These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of InviteNova, including our website, digital invitation templates, online editor, RSVP tools, payment flow, account features, downloads, and related services.

By creating an account, browsing templates, customizing an invitation, making a purchase, downloading an invitation, sharing an invitation link, or using InviteNova in any way, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use InviteNova.

InviteNova is a digital invitation platform. Customers can choose ready-made invitation templates for weddings, birthdays, baby showers, Graduation & School, and other celebrations, then customize them online.

Depending on the template and selected options, InviteNova may allow you to edit text, photos, colors, music, digital envelope settings, RSVP settings, guest information, and other invitation details.

InviteNova sells access to digital templates and online customization tools. Unless clearly stated otherwise, InviteNova is not a manual graphic design, event planning, printing, mailing, legal, health, financial, or professional advisory service.

You may need an account to customize, save, purchase, download, share, or manage invitations.

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must provide accurate account, billing, contact, event, and guest information. You must not impersonate another person or use another person's account without permission.

InviteNova may suspend or restrict accounts that appear fraudulent, abusive, unlawful, harmful, or in breach of these Terms.

After successful payment, your purchased digital invitation is made available through your InviteNova account. You can access, edit, download, and share it according to the features included with your template or add-ons.

Delivery is generally instant after successful payment confirmation. In some cases, payment verification, email delivery, file generation, or account access may take additional time due to payment processor delays, network issues, fraud checks, or technical maintenance.

Because templates are digital products, no physical product is shipped unless a printed product or physical service is separately offered and purchased.

You are responsible for reviewing your invitation before downloading, sharing, or sending it to guests, including spelling, dates, names, venue details, times, RSVP settings, images, and any other event information.

InviteNova uses template-wise pricing. The price of a digital invitation can vary by template, discount, promotion, country, currency, selected add-ons, subscription status, and checkout selections.

Optional add-ons, such as music, RSVP features, digital envelope options, or other premium tools, may be priced separately and are only charged when selected or included in a paid plan.

Your final checkout summary will show the applicable template price, add-ons, discounts, currency, taxes if applicable, and total amount before payment.

Prices may change at any time. Price changes do not affect purchases already completed, but they may apply to future purchases, renewals, or new add-ons.

Currency conversion, bank fees, card fees, foreign exchange charges, and taxes may be controlled by your bank, card issuer, payment provider, or local law and may not be controlled by InviteNova.

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers, which may include Dodo Payments, Razorpay, or other supported processors depending on your country, currency, and checkout route.

By making a payment, you authorize InviteNova and its payment processors to charge the payment method you provide for the displayed checkout total.

We do not control every part of the third-party payment processor experience. Payment approval, failure, fraud review, chargebacks, refunds, and settlement may be subject to the payment processor's own rules and policies.

A purchase is not considered complete until payment is successfully confirmed by InviteNova or the relevant payment processor.

Digital templates are delivered instantly after successful payment. Because of this, completed purchases are generally non-refundable once digital access, download, sharing, or customization access has been provided.

We may review refund requests in limited cases, such as duplicate charges, technical failure that prevents access to the purchased digital product, or an error caused by InviteNova.

Refund requests must be sent to [email protected] with your account email, purchase ID if available, payment date, and a clear description of the issue.

If a payment fails, is reversed, charged back, refunded, flagged as fraudulent, or remains unpaid, InviteNova may restrict access to the related template, download, RSVP feature, subscription, or account until the issue is resolved.

Coupons, discounts, promotional credits, and free access offers may be changed, withdrawn, or refused if used fraudulently or contrary to their intended purpose.

InviteNova does not offer subscription plans or recurring access features at this time.

Subscription plans and recurring billing options may be introduced in the future. If subscription plans are offered, details regarding subscription benefits, fees, renewals, usage allowances, and cancellation policies will be displayed at the time of purchase or in your account.

You retain ownership of the names, text, photos, event details, guest information, RSVP responses, uploaded images, music selections, and other content you provide, subject to the rights you grant InviteNova to operate the service.

You grant InviteNova a limited license to host, store, process, display, resize, generate, export, and transmit your content as needed to provide the invitation, editor, download, sharing, RSVP, support, security, and account features.

You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to upload, use, and share any names, photos, music, logos, venue details, guest details, or other content you submit.

You must not upload or share content that is illegal, abusive, defamatory, harassing, hateful, adult/sexual, exploitative, fraudulent, infringing, misleading, malware-related, spam, or otherwise harmful.

You are responsible for informing guests or invitees, where required, that their information may be collected or processed for invitation delivery, RSVP tracking, event communication, or related features.

InviteNova, its templates, software, designs, editor, graphics, branding, user interface, code, text, and related materials are owned by InviteNova or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

When you purchase or access a template, InviteNova grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to customize and use the invitation for your own event or permitted personal/business event use.

You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, copy, scrape, reverse engineer, mass-download, clone, publish as a competing product, or use InviteNova templates or assets to create a competing template marketplace or design service.

You may not remove InviteNova branding, watermarks, copyright notices, or access controls except where the product or plan expressly allows it.

You agree not to misuse InviteNova, interfere with the service, bypass security, overload infrastructure, use bots or scraping tools without permission, attempt unauthorized access, or use InviteNova for unlawful or harmful activity.

You must not use InviteNova to send spam, phishing messages, fraudulent invitations, misleading event information, malware links, unlawful solicitations, or content that violates another person's rights.

InviteNova may remove content, disable links, restrict downloads, suspend accounts, or refuse service if we believe the service is being misused or these Terms are being violated.

InviteNova may rely on or link to third-party services such as payment processors, hosting providers, analytics tools, email providers, storage providers, map/location services, music/file services, or social sharing platforms.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies. InviteNova is not responsible for third-party outages, errors, policies, fees, data handling, or user experiences outside our control.

We work to keep InviteNova available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or permanent access to every feature.

We may update, improve, suspend, remove, or change features, templates, pricing, add-ons, integrations, and policies from time to time.

InviteNova is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We do not guarantee that invitations, templates, downloads, RSVP tools, email delivery, links, music, images, or integrations will be error-free, uninterrupted, compatible with every device, or suitable for every event.

You are responsible for verifying all invitation details before sending or publishing an invitation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, InviteNova will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, lost goodwill, event disruption, guest communication issues, or payment processor delays.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, InviteNova's total liability for any claim related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to InviteNova for the specific purchase or service giving rise to the claim.

You may stop using InviteNova at any time. Some account deletion, data export, subscription cancellation, or refund requests may require contacting support or using account tools.

InviteNova may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create legal risk, misuse the service, fail to pay, initiate abusive chargebacks, or use the service in a way that may harm InviteNova, customers, guests, partners, or third parties.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.

Your continued use of InviteNova after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
